The ENHANCED PNP

The Federal express entry system ties the PNP with Canada immigration.This option is open to people who meet Canadian immigration eligibility criteria under the federal express entry programme.These candidates must take the following steps In this case, the applicant must simply comply with the eligibility requirements of the relevant provinces. However, a two-stage process needs to be conducted to immigrate to Canada via the basic provincial appointments system.

1. Submit to Express Entry and join the Express Entry List
2. Request the PNP nomination from your chosen province and successfully receive it
3. Once named to the Comprehensive Ranking Program, the applicants will receive 600 additional points out of 1200
4. Those bonus points will make the candidate selected at the next Canada Express entry draw almost definitely
5. Candidates who qualify under the Canada Express Entry Program and those not qualified for the Canada Express Entry Program can apply through the Provincial Nominees Program for the purpose of Canadian immigration

What are the immigration eligibility criteria under the Provincial Nominated Program?

The individual rules and eligibility criteria for Provincial nomination have been set out by each provincial / territorial in Canada. The immigration provisions for three different types of immigrants are generally made under the PNP programme.
